What does your cleaner bring?
For general cleaning we use your products. If something is missing, you can ask for cleaning products, a full product pack or equipment when booking. This is what we'll need:

- mop and vacuum cleaner
Prices are in Hungarian forints and refresh hourly from the app.
FAQ
How can I pay? Is cash possible?
You pay in the app by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay – the booking is confirmed with the payment. Cash payment is not possible.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book just a few hours ahead, depending on free slots: the earliest start is 2 hours after booking. Slots starting within 48 hours carry an SOS surcharge, which the app shows before you book. We confirm every booking and send you a notification.
What cleaning products should I provide?
For general cleaning we use your products: microfibre cloths, paper towels, a dish sponge, floor cleaner, bathroom limescale remover, glass cleaner and degreaser, plus a mop and a vacuum cleaner. If something is missing, ask your cleaner to bring products or equipment when you book – the prices are on the price list. For deep cleaning we bring professional products and tools.
Can I add extras after booking?
Yes. Message us in the Chat menu: you can still choose extras and ask for extra time. You can pay for both right in the chat, just like the booking. Please don't give your cleaner more tasks on site than you booked – always arrange it with us.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code on the summary screen when booking. The app shows the discount straight away, or what's still missing to use it.
