About a booking?
Open the Taki app and write to us in the Chat menu. We see your booking there, so we can change the time, add extras or extra time – and you can pay the difference right in the chat. Ready-made messages cover the most common requests.
Something went wrong?
If anything was wrong with the service, message us in the Chat menu: we handle every situation as quickly as we can.
While a booking is still pending (not yet confirmed), you can cancel it yourself in the app and get the full amount back.
